Billion4 Terms & Conditions – Official Platform Terms of Use for Malaysian Members

To register and use billion4's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be 18 years and above at the time of registration. billion4 carries out age verification checks and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to an individual under 18 years of age will be terminated immediately and all balances will be forfeited.
• You are a resident of, or are accessing the platform from, a region where online betting is not explicitly prohibited under your local laws.
• You are registering an account for your own personal use only — not on behalf of another person or as a business entity.
• You are not currently enrolled in a self-exclusion programme on any other betting platform.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) Billion4 account only. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses. You are fully responsible for keeping your billion4 account login credentials confidential — including your username, password, and two-factor authentication (2FA) code. billion4 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat.

• Use a strong, unique password for your Billion4 account — at least 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings for an extra layer of security.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a public or shared device.

Billion4 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to follow the security measures above. Any activity carried out through your account will be treated as your own action unless you have promptly reported the loss of access to our support team.

Billion4 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and eligibility requirements as stated on its respective promotions page. The general conditions that apply to all Billion4 bonuses are as follows:

• Rollover (Turnover Requirement): Every bonus comes with a rollover requirement that must be met before the bonus funds or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The rollover is expressed as a multiplier — for example, a 10x rollover means you need to wager an amount equal to 10 times the bonus value. A RM 100 bonus × 10 = RM 1,000 in total wagers required.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have a stated validity period. Any unused bonuses or unfulfilled rollover requirements within that period will expire automatically.

All bets placed on Billion4 are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the Billion4 system cannot be cancelled or modified by the member.
• Bets placed on clearly incorrect odds (palpable error) may be voided by Billion4. Such decisions are made at Billion4's sole discretion and are final.

• Billion4 reserves the right to limit the size or frequency of bets on any account for operational or security reasons.

Any attempt to exploit the system — including the use of automated software (bots), odds manipulation, or collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage — is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action.

The specific rules for Sports Betting and e-sports on Billion4 are as follows:

• Match Cancellation: If a match is cancelled before it begins, all related bets will be fully refunded. If a match starts but is abandoned before completion without an official result, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant sports rules.
• Match Postponement: Malaysia Super League, EPL, or any league match postponed by more than 24 hours from its scheduled kick-off will be declared void and all bets refunded, unless the bet was specifically placed on a fixed date.
• Venue Changes: If a match is moved to a significantly different venue (for example, from a home ground to a neutral venue), billion4 reserves the right to void all related bets and issue a full refund of all stakes.
• Live Match Odds: In live in-play betting, odds change in real time. billion4 is not liable for any discrepancy between actual on-field conditions and the odds displayed on the platform due to technical limitations or internet speed.
• E-Sports (MLBB, Valorant, Dota 2): Esports bets such as MPL Malaysia matches are subject to official results from the tournament organiser. Any result changes arising from appeals or post-match disciplinary action will not affect settled bets, unless the change occurs within 24 hours of the original result being announced.

All casino games, slots, and Live Casino titles at Billion4 use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system certified by independent international auditing bodies. This ensures that every slot spin, every baccarat card deal, and every roulette round is entirely random and fair.
